Disappointing
I was really hopeful that this would provide some useful insights, but sadly, nothing.
I ran a competitor analysis on a very large company and got the most generic insights possible. It could have been talking about any consumer, anywhere. There was very little substance and certainly nothing significantly actionable.
I already know that the customers of the company I analyzed are high end, U.S. based, and they have money. This, however, suggested they are typically connecting via very slow internet, and are commonly using a certain "low end" phone model (which I looked up and found out is associated with the Nigerian phone network).
This is just not ready for market yet.

As for the phone make-model inference model, it has been flagged as an issue by multiple users. We are working to use updated data by the end of this month.
