Fascinating
So I have only been using Persona by Delve for a few weeks but so far this is fascinating.
We are all trying to nail down our ICP, and we know some of it for sure, make data backed educated guessed on more of it, and then are frankly totally guessing and imposing our wants onto it. Guess what? We might be wrong, or we might be missing another segment that would totally buy if we shifted our message ever so slightly.
Persona helps us by building out personas backed by real analytics. Over time this can only help you with your ICP's, messaging, and overall business.
It is early days for me and Delve but I suspect it will be a great relationship, so far the insights have been informative and useful.
P.S.if you are not trying to segment your site visitors then you are leaving buckets of money behind.
