I'm going to give this a 3 taco and willing to change if things improve.

I noticed that the system is very glitchy and slow. The apparent reasoning is being of the "load." Not sure how valid that is.

I was taken through an in-depth demo and the platform has some great features.

The concept is pretty awesome if it delivers. This could be a huge asset for every company out there to understand their clients better.
