I've been thinking about trying to develop a tool like this myself lately so I feel it fills a market gap. The personas are detailed and look nice and should suit most people's needs especially in marketing, but maybe not user experience/product development. The main issues:

1. It develops personas based on your website visitors which includes people like your suppliers/friends/family. My main '63% Persona' was a Marketing Intern in Nigeria which is of course rather inaccurate. One of the 'engaged' personas reflected one of my suppliers who would have been browsing my site recently. It would be good if you could connect Delve to your CRM to give the AI a bit more data to work from and understand your audience better.

2. Exporting to PDF is painful - you have to export each page (Persona, Distribution, Journeys) individually. Ideally I want to be able to export all personas and pages into one single document I can supply to my client - at least the Persona and Distribution pages and Journeys could make it too long/large.

3. Some of the data needs more insight or explanation, as there are just a bunch of blue bars and no instruction on what they mean other than a legend that says "Views" but I'm not sure how views is relevant to a persona. Views of what?? Is this what they are searching? Or keywords they are looking at? It feels a little unfinished here, and perhaps needs some thinking about how to display that data so we can make use of it.

Overall I think Delve is a good buy especially if you often have clients who only have a broad idea who their audience is with none of the details. 5 tacos if they fix the 3 points above.
