Hi dear Persona Music team, Unfortunately, the software has become almost unusable recently. Previously saved playlists are no longer showing up, favorites have disappeared, and the music takes a very long time to load. There seem to be loading issues in many parts of the platform. Can you please let us know if it is still safe and reliable to use the music at the moment? It would be great if you could fix this soon, especially since everything was working much better before. I really hope this can be resolved, because your library is absolutely fantastic. The music is amazing, and I use it very often. I would also appreciate a short statement from your team, as several users have already reported similar issues on AppSumo. Thank you very much.
Does anyone know what's going on? At first, I couldn't download music. Now there is no music at all. I've emailed every address I have for the company and received no response. I am assuming they shut down, but communication would be nice. Will the music we used still be covered, or do I need to try to pull every video I've ever used with their music?
I don't know about anyone else, but I have not been able to reach anyone at Persona Music to get a resolution to an issue I'm having with canceling their Omnipotent Node AppSumo Upgrade—a promotion that was handled separately from the AppSumo platform. It was for an annual, locked-in price of $60. The promo ran a little more than a year ago around mid-May 2024. I'm trying to cancel this but in Account > Subscriptions, this program does not appear. This section only shows my most recent LTD through AppSumo which doesn't expire. I've reached out to their support email(s)—[email protected] and [email protected]. That was 10 days ago and still no response. I feel as though they've locked me in. I'm fixing to contact my bank and have them blocked as a merchant. Anyone else have a similar issue?
I missed purchasing when you were last on appsumo. Will you return anytime soon? I hope so! Thanks 🤓
