Each guided meditation session is around 45 minutes long with my voice guiding participants for aproximately 35 minutes of the session. I mix in a variety of natural sounds and white noise to create the atmosphere for the different segments of the meditation. Each themed meditation allows participants roughly 10 minutes of verbal silence towards the end of the track to work on the meditation theme before I guide them in setting their intentions and wrapping up the session.
