When you are referring to the "source of why all tracks are released", i'm not sure what you mean as that is not technical language for the music publishing and sync licensing business.
That being said I believe I can infer what you are asking and hopefully I can help answer your question!
In order to license music you must deal with the rights holders directly. Where music rights are concerned, that means you are dealing with two different licenses - the publishing (or composition) license and the sound recording (master recording) license. Often these rights are held by two different owners.
You must receive licenses from both rights owners in order to sync license music (sync license means to license music in video). In the case of Persona, we deal with one-stop rights holders, meaning they own both sides of the rights and unilaterally make a decision regarding licensing.

We then work directly with the Content ID system at all major social platforms to ensure whitelisting for our User's channels and accounts once they are registered within the Persona database via the Linked Accounts page of your User dashboard.
In addition, a vast majority of the music on Persona comes directly from the company founders, as we are all professional composers and musicians with careers spanning dozens of decades who realized there was an opportunity in the market to provide content creators with a higher caliber of music - the same music we provide Hollywood studios and production companies we have worked with throughout our respective careers.I hope this answers your questions David!
