Q: Issues with Open Search function

I'm having issues with the Open Search function saying that the search limit for the day has been reached when it hasn't even been used for days. Waiting for a resolution to this bug after reaching out to support.

I am also experiencing the issue where the Open Search limits are not resetting. I sent a message about the problem from the chat window, but there has been no response, and the chat history has been deleted. I also sent an email through the chat window, but I have not received a reply. Should I send a message directly to the address mentioned in the comments?
