Q: Not valid for more than 5 published items???
I read on the website "1. You may not use any Music Pieces under this Subscription if you are (or you form part of an undertaking that is)(...):b. a major publisher, meaning that you have an annual turnover of over USD ten million and/or you publish more than five titles. Publishers include without limitation digital publishers, podcast publishers, video game publishers, broadcasters, and similar media companies."

you reel in $10+ mil a year? haha jelly beans..i believe it does say somewhere about getting an enterprise plan if exceeding that
BatCat, the term "and/or" effectively means "at least one of". So while you may have understood it the way they meant to write it, it is actually limiting use of more than 5, for any income level.
I even wrote to Persona Music support, both directly and through AppSumo assistance. I haven't received any clarification for days. I will leave a detailed review in the coming days (here on the marketplace and on social media) if they don't provide it.
I'm also curious to see the answer to this, I find the wording vague - is that 5 different podcasts published or 5 episodes? Digital publishers include non-audio content, like ebooks - if I've published 5 little ebooks for my company, does that count? Also - what happens when the 6th is made, do I lose all access and rights or can the songs still be on the first 5?
