Unfortunately, the software has become almost unusable recently. Previously saved playlists are no longer showing up, favorites have disappeared, and the music takes a very long time to load. There seem to be loading issues in many parts of the platform.

Can you please let us know if it is still safe and reliable to use the music at the moment?

It would be great if you could fix this soon, especially since everything was working much better before. I really hope this can be resolved, because your library is absolutely fantastic. The music is amazing, and I use it very often.

I would also appreciate a short statement from your team, as several users have already reported similar issues on AppSumo.
