Q: SFX and User - Why don´t you read my email completely - and when I'll get a solution?
My email: "Hi guys,
Registered with this email - personamusic.io is working.
Then tried to logon at https://sfx.personamusic.io/ but user is unknown. Tried a sign-up with the same email. No chance.
After that I´ve reseted my login-password. Now I´m waiting for your part.
AUTHORIZATION REQUIRED
Weird thing - the password reset should be for all accounts. Now I have two different passwords for both sites.
And how I can add a second (3, 4, 5,….) user?
So waiting for your reply and the solutions.
Thank you in advance."
Persona´s answer: "Hi there,
For sfx, please click on the SFX option in the nav bar. From there you will send your access request and we will approve your access. You do this by signing up and creating an SFX account using your login information. I hope this is helpful."
NO, IT ISN´T HELPFUL AT ALL!
Maybe someone take care

Oct 23, 2024A: This process is working as it should. Your email was quite convoluted and difficult to read, it is understandable a support agent would have difficulty finding that second question nested at the bottom of your email. If you would like codes to add additional users please reach out via persona_support@personamusic.io.
As an alternative, we are happy to offer you a complete refund if the platform and the support is not up to your standard. I hope this helpful.

Short Update: yesterday I‘he got the approval from Julian and can now use SFX. But no answer belonging to add users…. I‘ll keep testing.
Please email persona_support@personamusic.io to received codes for additional seats. Thank you.

Dear Estefan, thank you for the possibility to get a complete refund. But this service is already provided by AppSumo. Is my email really too complicated to understand? I start reading an email at the beginning and stop reading at the end. Maybe it’s your onboarding. Why I have to write a 3rd mail regarding a new user? I don‘t know if your platform fits my standard yet. I‘ll keep testing
