This past weekend, I received a copyright flag for one of the tracks I downloaded from Persona. Until now, I had no copyright issues with their music. My YouTube channel is properly linked with Persona, and my previous uploads have been trouble-free.

I contacted the support team several times but did not receive any response. This lack of support is disappointing, especially given how much I appreciate their music and sound collections.

Although I resolved the issue by using YouTube’s editor to remove the flagged track, the experience has made me second guess using Persona for future projects. For the time being, I will be using another platform.

Finally decided to try and use Persona music for the first time for one of our 'shorts' on Youtube and INSTANTLY had the video flagged, blocked and the threat of an account strike.

Given that 'Shorts' only get pushed by the youtube algorithm for the first few hours/day, this means anything we post as a short is completely pointless with Persona Music.

Even IF we appeal it and get the video back up:
1. ALL the traction would be lost for the 'Short'
2. Do we really want to spend time appealing every single upload AND also potentially wait days or weeks before videos can go LIVE after appeals?

I've been a member of probably a dozen stock music websites over the years and never had this issue with any others. Soundstripe, Audiio, Envato, Pond5, Storyblocks, Etc - NO ISSUES.

The funniest part is that this is LITERALLY their deal Headline: "License the same music that Hollywood studios and hit TV shows use without any copyright claims" 😂

Very unhappy about this result and will never use again.

Zero Tacos.

No new tracks added since I bought this a couple of months back.
Their search is not accurate and will always send you more or less to the same tracks.
And because of this, it seems like they have 100 tracks and that's about it.
Let's take the track "Abduction" for example: This is a music that is cinematic and powerful very dramatic. Nothing to do with Classical music, far from it! Yet, it is categorized as a Classical music but also categorized as Electro music style, like... what? This is just one of many examples.
There is some nice tracks, can't lie, but everything is very very limited, way more than they mention anywhere. Disappointing.

I've only had the product for a short time, but the search feature is frustrating because I can't search or sort by the length of a track. I mostly need music that's 30 seconds or less, and that's difficult to find in this product.

Beyond that, I'm hopeful that this will be a helpful tool.

Amazing music. Better than YouTube library. Struggling to make it work with narration audio overlay, but that's just me.
