Q: How long does it take for subscription to be active?
I have added Appsumo codes 10days ago. Only used the platform twice only and now it tells me "you've reached your plan limit". My plan still shows "Free"
I purchased two codes and attempted to redeem them according to the instructions, starting with the first one. I completed the Google form and am awaiting activation within 2 to 3 working days, as promised by the instructions. However, it has been well over a week now, and my profile is still showing my current plan as "free". Currently, I am unable to fully utilise the app, let alone redeem the second code.
I would appreciate it if someone could look into this.

Q: Can we replay past conversations or are they lost as soon as the interview is done?

It is critically important to me that I can replay the audio and mentally review myself as well as receive feedback from the AI.
Also is there a way I can download the audio of select conversations?
I would like to be able to use them as examples to show my team what not to do as well as what works.
