Hi,

I bought the Personio app about 3 weeks ago. I'm having several issues:

- I can't assign roleplay limits to my users. There is no limit, so when I gave it to a staff member, he finished the entire roleplay credits in just about 2hrs -a high drawback for this platform. Now I don't have the credits to use it for anyone. It was already told that the limit on users will be coming soon, but yet couldn't notice any update in my account.
- We can't view our users' recordings. As admins, we should have the facility to access, view, and review them.
- The pay-as-you-go plan for buying additional credits without subscribing isn't available.
-Rollover for unused is not available
- There's no option to add data for teaching the custom roleplay such as a vector store which will study itself when we add the data like pdf or doc or url etc. If it was there that would be great.

These are the limitations (1st one is a really unacceptable drawback), but overall the platform is great. The idea behind this software is really super.
