Solid candidate screening platform even though some areas need inprovement
i am an early adopter of this platform, and despite a few issues, i believe it still deserves a five-star rating. While I encountered some initial problems, the founder personally offered to jump on a call and committed to resolving them within the coming week.
The areas I'm hoping to see improvements in include:
-the ability to add clients and team members with different email domains.
-a more optimized experience on phone screening interviews.
-smarter, more relevant interview questions.
-a more natural-sounding AI voice and smoother interview initiation process.
The founders seem committed to improving things quickly and are heading in the right direction. Worth trying if you're doing a lot of initial candidate screening.
