A company is more than its products
The product works as advertised. You can add numbers from the US/CA, set up phone trees, and track calls. (+ 2 tacos.)
But the customer support is non-existent. I sent a message 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response. I sent another unrelated message 1 week ago, and also haven't received a response.
Initially, I was disappointed by the stripped-down deal terms. I thought it was unfair that they would change the deal on us without notice. But I let it go and was willing to move past it...
But now I don't have much confidence in PhoneWagon. With something as important as a phone service, I want to feel confident that I can rely on them if anything goes wrong.
And I don't.
And now I have to decide if I'm willing to risk my business with a seemingly untrustworthy company.
