I've been sitting on this for several days before I made a move to set up the account.

I watched the webinar, which gave me an idea of all the different options.

I've been using tossible digits for a while and haven't had any issues with it, but Phone Wagon will absolutely replace that service once I get the numbers ported over.

The UI is clean and easy to navigate.

I set up four different numbers and routed them to my cell phone in about 5 minutes.

While I've yet to use the more advanced features, the deal is excellent for what I've set up so far.

The phone whisper feature...way cool.

I've not needed support, so I can't speak to that.

I've not needed international numbers, so I can't speak to that.

I can understand the some would be upset at the deal change. I often wait for the webinar to get a good idea as to what a product can do. In this case, had I done that, I would have missed the original deal.

While I understand the frustration, I too often skip deals that have low ratings and don't even give the product a chance. Maybe the one taco rating is how many feel about the deal change, but the product is pretty solid and worth a look at, in my opinion.
