As I understand, you are mostly using Flux models with a custom backend. How will you be able to sustain heavy AppSumo users, given that at some point they will be a burden to your API costs?
What are your concrete plans to generate MRR to offset Sumolings’ costs without reducing their access to the tool via the backdoor (e.g. a gold coins system, etc.)?

- Upcoming features like inpainting and image-to-image (with upsell opportunities)
- A growing number of use cases for agencies, creators, and business teams
Our focus is on delivering clear value and making it easy for people to expand their usage organically if they find PhotoGPT helpful.
