jay83Q: Sizes in Tier 1??
Hi,
I purchased Tier 1 to try this out, mainly to make YouTube Thumbnails. It states multiple times, and you have in the questions as well, that Tier 1 can do YouTube thumbnails, which would also imply that 16:9 images are included, no?
Not only is 16:9 blanked out, but when I go to the 'YouTube Thumbnail' preset, it still makes them square...
This is one of the references to your answered question:
Currently, Tier 1 includes the following aspect ratios:
- 896 × 896 (1:1 – square)
- 1152 × 896 (4:3 – horizontal)
- 1344 × 768 (16:9 – horizontal wide)
What am I missing?

Just to clarify – aspect ratios and presets are separate. So even if you're using a YouTube Thumbnail preset, it doesn’t automatically apply the 16:9 ratio unless selected in the aspect ratio settings. That said, we had a lot of users on Tier 1 request at least one horizontal and one vertical option, so we recently updated the available aspect ratios to include 4:3 and 3:4, which should help cover most basic use cases!

I understand what you are saying, but in a few places it states we will essentially have the aspect ratio to create YouTube thumbnails, which are 16:9. And I'm othr places, it is implicitly stated that we will have 16:9 in tier 1 (which is most of the reason I purchased) - However I do not have that option on my tier 1 account - it's grayed out.
