Q: RED FLAG Asking for "REVIEW" but no response to support?
Several days ago you told me to send info through email to gain access to Tier 4 I purchased. I sent emails but got no answer. Now, I got a request from the same support email asking for a "review."
"Reviews help us rank higher, attract more users, and invest even more into development.
If you need help or want to get more value from your plan, just reply, we read every email."
It also indicates that you read every email!
Should I think you don't plan to allow access, and just go ahead with a refund now?
This is a "Red Flag" for your support aspect so far..

Mar 31, 2026A: The email asking for a review is sent automatically to new Sumolings shortly after purchase. It's not triggered by support activity or meant to replace actual assistance — but I can see how receiving that before getting a response to your access issue would be frustrating and confusing.
We have responded to all the emails, but it's possible our replies ended up in your spam folder. Could you please check there? If you still don't see anything, please forward your original message again to [email protected].

I received a reply from your company early in the morning. It was sent to the regular inbox. Possibly, it slipped through the cracks on your side, with all the current activity. My account is now activated.
