I want to start with what is most important to me: customer service.

What I can say already is that I will highlight customer service positively, because what many forget is that even the best program can be completely devalued by poor customer service.

This is different with Phygital+: Here, customer service is an absolutely measurable added value. My rating so far: 1+, it couldn’t be better. Therefore, already 5 tacos.

One example: Many complain that they have no overview of the loans. I feel the same way, but customer service has assured me that they are working intensively on this, so it is only a temporary problem.

A major update is in progress, and I am being patient while waiting for it. I trust customer service here. I certainly do not use all the tools, so I cannot comment on the criticisms of others. What I can say is that customer service takes known issues seriously and responds to them.

I believe that just because something is not functioning as it should, one does not need to reflexively write a bad review. My experience: customer service helps!

Among other things, the founder has stated that he is on AppSumo for the following reasons:

“Feedback from the AppSumo community, word-of-mouth marketing, new customers, and the growth of our professional AI community.”

I believe that feedback is the magic word that eliminates problems one discovers for oneself. Ultimately, we all benefit from it.

The application should continuously improve based on the wishes and inquiries of users. I believe that I will not be disappointed here, and I am happy to give five tacos with an eye toward the future.

One of my wishes would be, for example: dark mode.
