Credits deplete fast and some red flags

I see the vision, and to a large extent, Phygital succeeds. The app itself is pretty solid, but credits deplete fast, and you should be cautious about what actions you perform.

Some red flags: They've made up some fictitious LTD plan names that don't correspond with anything you see on their website. In this regard, they mention that "everyone moves forward together" and that the only difference is the amount of credits received. Already, I see the MidJourney model available only to their recurring Teams plan, and hence, I find this hard to believe.

I can't give the deal more than 3 tacos out of respect for my conscience. I really like the platform, but there are some significant red flags. Customers on TrustPilot mention issues with support too.

On Midjourney access: Midjourney is not included in the AppSumo LTDs. That’s not because we’re holding it back from “everyone moving forward together,” but because Midjourney operates under a licensing model that doesn’t allow inclusion in one‑time lifetime deals. It’s a limitation we’ve had to work within, not a decision to limit value for LTD users. I understand that even with that context, it still feels like a gap, and I appreciate you calling it out.

On the naming of LTD tiers vs. website plans: You’re correct that our AppSumo tiers (Tier 1–5) don’t map directly to our subscription plans on the website. That’s because they’re separate offerings — LTDs vs. recurring plans. The point about “everyone moves forward together” refers to platform updates and new models: when we add a new tool or feature, all users — including LTD holders — get access. That part is true. But I hear you that the distinction between what’s included in LTDs vs. subscription plans can feel confusing.

On support and TrustPilot: We’ve had challenges with support response times, especially during weekends. Technical support is temporarily unavailable on weekends.
