Phygital is a strong platform, especially when it comes to updates and responsiveness. They delivered on almost every request I had, and they offered all the models I wanted. If you need access to multiple models in one place, I do think Phygital is a good product, which is why I’m still giving them five stars.

That said, I ultimately made the tough decision to refund because the credit cost for Seedance 2.0 was just too expensive compared to the competition. For example, I found competitors with LTDs around $400 that allowed me to generate 29 fifteen-second Seedance 2.0 videos at 1080p per month for lifetime, while two Tier 3 Phygital accounts only gave me 10 fifteen-second videos for lifetime.

I also understand phygital is focusing on sustainability longterm. I think part of the reason the other platforms are cheaper is they focus on only the best models and it could be a possibility they get it at bulk which is why they can offer it cheaper than phygital.

So even though Phygital may be one of the better platforms in terms of model access and updates, the cost was the main thing I couldn’t justify. Aside from pricing, I still think it’s a very good platform.
