Original Review:
Tried to train a Lora with images. That consumed like 5000 credits. It took a while to start. Closed the page to check it back later as it takes some time. When I came back, there is no progress and everything seemed to be just like the start.
Had to start it again and it took 5000 credits again. Now, it is showing "AI Powering On, Ready to create some pixel magic" for the past half an hour. Non existent support or Discord server.
I sent 2 support requests for credits issue and also the training being stuck at starting up.
I think the tool has potential but the browser should be an interface to input commands and steps, not watch the progress bars complete.
The credit system is wonky and take credits without tracking what is spent. I cannot see the credit transaction history. I am unable to run another Lora training as the current one is stuck, with a total of 10000+ credits taken with no results. I am left with 4800+ credits and can't run another one.
This is how a monthly allocation of 15000 credits gets wiped out in 10 minutes.
Please get back to me and resolve this. We need to create work. Not get stuck before even getting any result.

Update:
Phygital+ responded to me through their support channels. They have also refunded 5000 credits. I think the main issue is that the idea of an AI Assistant handling all the queries of a new user is not a good idea. I have tried their AI Assistant and even just clicking the "How Do I Start?" option, the AI Assistant doesn't know what I am talking about.
A Node based editor and process flow is new to 70% of people. Help information must be clear and accessible.
Another issue is that the text sizes of the interface are fixed. I can't zoom in or read it better.
Overall, Phygital+ has made prompt action to my issues. Phygital+ has great potential to be the ultimate AI editing platform. I really hope they get there and I can stay as a lifetime user.
And please, roll out Referrals soon! I am waiting to share about your platform.
I will adjust and update my review to give new buyers a clear idea of the product.

We have reviewed your account and can see that you initiated the LoRA training process multiple times. We note that for one of these attempts, the credits were refunded immediately.
Regarding the training process, it's important to note that the LoRA job enters a queue and needs time to process. Depending on server load, this can sometimes take up to an hour. You do not need to keep the browser tab open for the entire duration; you can safely navigate away and check back later. The key is not to close the entire node or browser instance you started from.
As for the trained models, you can view them in the Flux section of the platform. This will allow you to keep track of your progress and access your models once they are ready.
We have also decided to refund you 5,000 credits as we understand your concerns, but this is an exception as we usually do not do this with trained LoRAs.
