Update - really bad censorship and bad prompt adherence with high costs
UPDATE 11/6/2025
I raised from one star to two stars because they did add ideogram recently. I really want to like phygital but the costs is so expensive but the worse issue of all is they offer the lower resolution versions where as other platforms have higher resolutions of many of their models and are cheaper. It is cool they added krea, ideogram, and magnific, but i don't know if that is enough for me stay because the costs are not practical and they also don't have models i actually need to solve real production issues and then there is the overpriced issue.
I refunded two of my four Tier 3 Phygital accounts. Many prompts fail due to excessive censorship. Runway Aleph is disappointing — limited to five-second clips, poor prompt adherence, and a downgrade from 1080p to 720p.
Krea is a good image generator but they only have the 720p version. I have seen other platforms offer krea at 4k resolution and are cheaper.
A newer model, Ditto, performs better than Aleph but isn’t available on Phygital. I requested WAN 2.2 Replicate and WAN 2.2 Animate over a month ago, but if these aren’t confirmed soon, I’ll refund my remaining accounts.
Since that request, a new model called Mocha has emerged, offering higher resolution and stronger prompt accuracy than even WAN 2.2 Replicate and WAN 2.2 Animate. Ideally, Phygital should add Mocha, WAN 2.2 Replicate, and WAN 2.2 Animate.
Dream Omni 2 is a new model that is not on phygital and it surpasses Qwen, Seedream, Nanobanana, and Flux.
The credit pricing is no longer competitive — similar or superior models are cheaper elsewhere. AppSumo even offers a platform with Sora access at one-eighth the Phygital cost.
UPDATE 10/29/2025
The platform is unusable for horror clips due to over-moderation that blocks prompts which work fine elsewhere. I reduced my rating to one star. I’m 43 — I don’t need to be moderated like a child.
Original Review
Phygital refuses to lower credit prices, so it must stand out with exclusive, high-value models. Many of its current tools are cheaper on competing platforms, and several remain capped at 720p while others now offer 1080p or 4K.
To stay competitive, Phygital needs higher resolutions, advanced performance capture, and professional-grade lipsync tools.

Final Thoughts
Phygital still has potential, but without Mocha, WAN 2.2, or Ditto, it’s overpriced compared to competitors offering better tools and lifetime access.
To truly stand out, Phygital should focus on realistic animation, precision lipsync, and advanced automation — emphasizing models like Mocha, WAN 2.2 Replicate, WAN 2.2 Animate, WAN 2.5, Dzine, OmniHuman, Lipdub AI, Higgsfield VFX, and Grok Imagine.
Adding Dream Omni 2 and Ditto would complete a balanced toolkit for creators seeking consistent, high-quality output.
If these key models or updates aren’t implemented soon, I’ll refund my remaining Tier 3 accounts.
