Support contacted me and assured me they’re working on improving the master prompt that underpins their platform. The goal is to make user connections more efficient so that results are delivered more reliably. If the developers follow through, Phygital Plus could become a much more dependable tool for boosting user productivity.

I ran tests using a specialized program that generates prompts designed to work flawlessly across multiple languages. Using the same prompt, I got an immediate result in Flora AI. However, with Phygital Plus, I had to run the same prompt three times before getting a successful output.

This discrepancy stems from how each platform handles prompt execution. Phygital Plus’s master prompt currently acts more like a pass-through—it forwards user requests but doesn’t generate internal commands to guide delivery. As a result, the connected platforms interpret the prompt independently, without coordination. Phygital Plus simply groups them together, but doesn’t orchestrate them as a unified system. That’s why the output isn’t immediate.

In contrast, Flora AI first identifies the user’s intent, then its master prompt generates a new internal command—almost like an agent—that aligns with what each integrated platform is ready to execute. It prioritizes delivering the requested result by issuing specific instructions internally. The more precise the user’s prompt, the more likely Flora AI will succeed on the first try.

Phygital Plus, on the other hand, doesn’t weave commands across platforms to make them work as a team. It just uses them collectively, without integration. The result feels like using each platform individually, without an intelligent intermediary. Once they fix this orchestration issue, Phygital Plus will be far more powerful than it is today.

For now, I’ll continue using it for simpler tasks like mockups in photos and basic video edits, which helps me stretch my credits more effectively. I’ll reach out to them with suggestions when I need to tackle more complex workflows.

It’s worth noting that using Phygital Plus as part of your professional toolkit requires purchasing credits. With only 4,000 credits, you can’t do much—10,000 credits are barely enough to complete a single project.

I've been comparing this tool's performance on various tasks against Flora AI (the free version with 500 credits) and my Phygital Plus Tier 1 account (with 4000 credits).

I've noticed that tasks Flora AI completes in a single attempt often require significantly more tries with Phygital Plus. This leads to a higher consumption of credits for what I consider simple needs (like "place this logo on this shirt"), and it makes me wonder about the potential cost for more complex projects.

While I truly see the potential in Phygital Plus, I've found that the free version of its competitor has successfully completed more tasks than my paid account. I reached out to support to discuss credit restoration, providing side-by-side performance comparisons. Unfortunately, the response didn't fully address my concerns regarding the credit usage.

Despite my disappointment with the current credit consumption, I genuinely believe this app is very well-designed and has a lot to offer. I'm hopeful that further development to enhance the main model's prompt accuracy will lead to more precise and efficient results, which I think would greatly benefit all users, especially those from AppSumo.
