The service does not work as it should: most of the time it either returns an error or remains stuck with a “Queued” message.

We also asked about integrating a new model. By email, we were told that it was possible, but here we were later told the opposite. This inconsistency is frustrating and makes it difficult to trust the service.

At this point, we are seriously considering requesting a refund.
