Q: Any other training docs in the plan?
I would like to see Google Sheets, YouTube videos, etc. to be integrated for purposes of training the bot. Any plans for this?

Oct 18, 2024A: You can already enter Youtube videos in the Knowledge base for training. They just have to be public videos and have transcripts (these are both default settings).
You can currently use Google sheets if you upload them as a CSV file. We don't have a proper Google Drive integration, but will eventually in the future.
