Q: Email Change
The set up and how everything was structured on this was a bit confusing, so I'm not sure how I set it up was correct. I have two businesses I am involved with, and after I spent a little time getting things set up, I realize I should have set it up on my agency business email, rather than the other one. Am I correct in assuming that if I set up under my agency plan, I have 50 studios (to me they sound like a workspace - does that make sense?) and unlimited bots per studio, as well as the ability to add a BYOK to each individual bot, or rely on credits (tier 2 in my case). Can I change the overall account to my agency email address as the owner, and than assign myself as a studio owner for my other business??
