An Interesting Platform
I already have Canva and Crello and will probably still use Canva the most. But I will probably keep this as it provides a few things that will enhance my options and creativity. The MAD button is a really nice way to stimulate creativity and break out of mental blocks. I like having the ability to search the Elite images in case there is something I can't find in the premier, but I wish they were a bit more affordable (like $7-8 instead of $15). I am having some issues with some of the features (crop tool in particular), but chat help has been responsive and I expect to get them sorted out. The background remover, as others have mentioned, isn't the best, but I can go elsewhere for that (though it's a slight inconvenience). I hope they continue to build up their template library, but what is there is nice looking and adds variety to my library of templates. They seem to have a good number of illustrations/icons but I'd like to see more shapes. I have a sense that this is a company that wants to rethink design platforms rather than just copy Canva and I support that!

We are stoked to know that our MAD button helps you get out your creative blocks. We are working on an update for the MAD button and you should see it go LIVE sometime next year.
The same goes for the background remover. Our Dev team is working round the clock to make this background remover a whole lot better.
We have taken a not of all your other queries too. Please do give us some time to process them in order. You sumolings have truly kept us busy with your feedback and feature requests.

We don't want to stand as another generic tool in the DIY design space. We are from the Animaker family and we're known to solve some of the toughest challenges in a creative way. The same applies to Picmaker.
You should have a ton of interesting updates and features coming LIVE in the following weeks, months, and years.
