integration with pabbly and make does not work. I tried to reach out to support team but nobody bother to get back or try to solve the issue.

UPDATE:

I have been using the app for a couple of weeks. I loved the idea of it and the integrations and gave 5 tacos. However, on using it after some time, I'm finding it clunky in parts.

1. The editor is a little limited. I wanted to add effects like selecting some text in a text box to be a different colour so it stands out. But you can only change attributes for the entire text box. When creating social media posts we need to be able to create posts that capture the viewers eye, so the editor needs a few more tricks up its sleeve so we can create good looking images.

2. You are not able to preview without generating an image. So you're not able to see how your text will look like until you generate an image (which uses up your credits).

3. The workflow is a little disjointed. You , go into a project, then select image generation, ,pick the template, generate the image. Once the image is generated there's no option to return to the project you're working on. Instead, you the only option you have is to click on the menu on the left, which takes you back to the list of projects. Which is time consuming when you need to work in a project continuously.

I still like the idea of this app, but it needs more work on the UI experience and the editor needs to give us more options especially on comparing to something like Renderform which seems to have a better workflow and importantly, an editor with more functionality for creating images (which is the key element of an image app).

I've had to reduce my tacos on this unfortunately after some use. It's proving to be more tricky to use as I outlined above.

Hopefully the feedback will be taken onboard so the app can match other apps in this niche.

If anyone is in the content creation space, looking to bulk create images for your instagram, TikTok, Pinterest then this is a MUST.

Canva currently has a bulk create function, but it's limited in comparison and only available on their pro plan (If you search on YouTube for youtube automation videos or bulk creation there are plenty of posts that use the Canva bulk creator) . So the demand for such an app is there, especially in the youtube automation niche and more.

So when I saw this well-designed and easy-to-use app to bulk create images using various methods including integration with pabbly (GENIUS!) , I had to pick this up!

Great work guys for making a much needed app that ticks many boxes.

Easy 5 TACOS!

I have been using Picnie for the last few months and it has become one of my best go-to tools in my tech stack. I have been using it with my clients for automations because it is so reliable and works so well.

Initially I gave it 3 tacos for what seemed like a finicky API and issues with it working in Pabbly. They have made updates to the Pabbly integration and I have gotten to work with it more and now I find it indispensable. I had to update my review. I am so glad that Picnie came to AppSumo and have been recommending it to my students as well.

If you use Zapier, Make, Activepieces etc, this app is great to automate things like social media text, blog post header images, and personalized images to customers. Ive run into a few issues with the editor but only when add shadows to text. But other than this app is one of them ones lol.

I bought this when I saw there are few templates with 2D/3D toons/avatar. Sadly, I couldn't find any.
I send a request few weeks ago to have a customized template for my project but no reply or updates given.
