A: Hi Sumo-ling,
we offer another software for contest hosting (photo/video/film competitions) that is not related to Workspace. We have two different knowledge bases for each software and two different sections on our website. Picter.com refers to Workspace. I am not sure how ended up at the wrong knowledge base but I guess clicked on the wrong section of the website.
