Q: Early Supporters don't mean anything to you?
Its too bad to see that early birds and supporters of older LifeTimeDeals do not benefit from the Voice Over and Team Feature Upgrade. Can you explain this behaviour? Do you think it's adding trust for future purchases?

Yup, the ol' bait and switch trick. "All future plan updates" means nothing! The "Premium Plan" is gone and I've no idea what plan my LTD is now mapped to. Customer support? Not existing, simply ignores the question.

Nope. The "premium plan" is gone and with it "all future Premium Plan updates." The most useless — as I keep telling AppSumo for years on numerous occasions — marketing promise on this site. Because providers simply drop the plan without mapping it to a new one. I can still use Pictory... I just don't have certain features. And I remain in the dark as to what plan my "Premium Plan" is mapped to.
