Q: I purchased this software, and have attempted to use the article URL feature.
The software says that it is unable to read the article. I then took the article, and attempted to copy and paste it in the "script" area. It won't allow that. Attempted to have a chat multiple times. Was told to leave a message. I'm sure you've been inundated with communication. I'd love to keep this software if it will actually do what it says it will do...but so far, I'm struggling.

I came here to say I'm struggling too. The software is extremely clunky to use (and slow), and the paste/edit script feature doesn't actually seem to be a working feature (even though it's highlighted in their online videos) and so I can only link a URL, and then can only change text line by line in the actual video editor portion (not within a text script area itself, which seems uneditable).
I was also disappointed to learn that I can't use the listicle format for script to video automation - only story mode template can be used for that.
If I can't get this to work at a basic level of reworking/editing scripts, then I may have to return my purchase (I was really hoping to use this instead of invideo, now that vidnami also is no longer for now).

Hi @brizi, thanks for giving it a try. You can easily copy and paste text into the script using keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl-V or Cmd-V).
When starting from the URL, the next step only allows you to select or unselect at the sentence level. You can edit the sentences by clicking on the text on the storyboard.

Thanks Vikram - it's very slow to copy/paste on the storyboard video section. I should be able to do it on the left-hand pane instead next to the videos where I see the text. However, I cannot copy paste with keyboard controls there at all. Only within the video subtitle areas. It makes the workflow so slow and painful. (this is because the video took my script and turned them into sentences after every period...so I have "1. Yurts." for instance...and one slide is "1." and the other slide is "Yurts.". But I do not have the option to fix the script text on the whole, nor to go sentence by sentence on the left-hand text pane. Is this a bug or designed that way? To only edit within the video slides itself? Seems odd. Thanks!
PS. Michael sorry for hijacking your thread a little!

@brizi thanks for the feedback. We are looking at a much-improved text editing workflow. we will be introducing it in a near-future release.
