If you are short of time creating videos, you should buy this!
Some of the features i liked.
1. Auto Highlight important segments of the video.
2. Remove Text to Remove Parts of Video
3. 1 click removal of fillers
4. Media / B Roll Library
Some of the things i want improved.
1. Progress get stuck in middle and i have to refresh ( May be Appsumo Effect)
2. Add link from youtube to automatically take videos to transcribe instead of always uploading video ( HappyScribe has this feature)
3. More language support for transcription
4. Ability to create clips from highlights from different projects.
5. Searchable Transcript Widget / Something like Searchie has

To answer your specific requests:

> This is probably due to high load on our system right now.
2. Add link from youtube to automatically take videos to transcribe instead of always uploading video ( HappyScribe has this feature)
> It is on our roadmap.
