I'm so sorry and I hope you take the criticism constructively as I was really optimistic on your behalf upon making the purchase; however...
CONS
- UI EXTREMELY unattractive; I won't use the other word that begins with a "u" - but honestly...those are my true thoughts.
- Absolutely no instructions; no warm & fuzzy video on the site/home page - as a matter of fact, I don't even think I got a warm and fuzzy email Welcoming me upon making the purchase - I think I bought 5 pieces of software on the night of your purchase and your software was the only one with no email to greet me and make me feel like I was a new member of your family - honestly...I like those emails...but back to my objective list...
- Upon checking the settings/account status, it's very unclear if you're going to be charged $85/month or some other rate. From the way it's written, it appears the LTD lasts for only one year - nowhere does it confirm that you've purchased a lifetime membership.
- The software takes about 20 thousand years for the pictures to load and it's very difficult to categorize them - not a smooth process. I eventually closed the page to get out of the software because it literally froze - and I was only uploading 3 photos.
- The competition offering this software is very steep my friend. For example, I have 18 domains which all come with Google Photos which is absolutely insane with the AI, categorizing, etc...
- AND Amazon offers 5GB FREE storage for photos/videos to prime members - super duper fast, etc...

Possible improvements to consider:
- Respectfully speaking, when coming into an area that's already populated by sharks like Google and Amazon - maybe find the holes in their products and go above and beyond marketing yourself to be strong in their areas of weakness.
- I know this works as I was one of the first black women to open a medical practice in Beverly Hills - opened it with a paycheck and was surrounded by sharks; however, I focused on what they didn't do and within 3 months patients were leaving the sharks for little me because I offered those small things that made people feel special.
