Teddy-Q: An (almost) perfect deal for me.
After reading the comments, three questions arise:
1. can contacts be deleted and other contacts added instead?
2. integrations - what about Alore, Convertfox, Kyvio, Leadberry and Outgrow?
I am afraid that it will be a very long time before I can use PieSync. Already 104 integrations are on the list and with one addition per week that is already two years.
3) I have to agree with the previous speakers, 2500 contacts are too few, especially when you consider the calculation method for 2 or 3 links. This means that only half (1250) or one third (833) of the population are in contact.

1) You're in control of the syncs and whether they should still count in your total (you can reset the counter by pausing & deleting a sync and setting up other rules at any time).
2) We're letting our roadmap be audience-inspired so we're relying on democracy & votes for roadmap guidance. Our resources are limited. Some of the apps on our list have received 0 votes, so we're ignoring those.
3) The 2500 count is for those contacts you want to keep in active sync. Think active customers. Don't sync your dormant list of 20.000 cold leads. Just sync when they make sense. If your business has 500 paying customers, first off congrats, and secondly, through this deal you can indeed set up up to 5 connections... We actually feel that's a very good deal and one that a lot of customers are paying full monthly price for.
