As part of our leads and sales process, we synced a few of our cloud apps together. Shame it doesn't do Google Sheets. I would normally pay a VA and he might make mistakes- this handled the job in 15 minutes start to finish!

Think Zapier but what one of my first SaaS clients called a true sync engine.

Zapier takes it in one zap and doesn't move it again unless asked or triggered. This CLAIMS to sync every 5 minutes in the AppSumo ad but in the program says it is every hour. Somewhere in there - stuff happens, time difference doesn't bother me.

PROS

1) So many integrations just waiting already created not waiting on a road map.

2) Realtime and Two-Way Syncs so my information is constantly being updated without me having to do anything

3) SO F%&*ing simple. So I made a video/review/tutorial/frustration meter...I will add in later. I was REALLY expecting this to be hard and time consuming. I braced myself and set off. No freaking kidding, easier than Zapier to set up like 10 fold. I was in dead shock. Like, is that really it? Surely I missed something. Syncs and APIs and movement of information is supposed to be difficult. So easy. ....As long as you know where to get the API code number...

4) Team members! So I can delegate...not that I need to, incredibly straight forward

6) Now what? Nothing. You can get back to your day while they take care of your contacts.

7) FAST. My Youtube tutorial is taking FAR longer to upload than my list took to sync. The duration of the initial sync depends on how many contacts you have, however usually it takes around 5-10min. Even if you’re only syncing a small chunk, PieSync still has to go through all your contacts to check if we should sync them or not.
