Hi Oliver. I have a question, if the credits run out, is it possible for us to add credits outside the subscription package purchased from Appsumo?

Yes this is possible.
You can add an additional subscription plan to your AppSumo deal via the pricing page here: https://pingenerator.com/pricing
The credits will be added to your already existing credits.
