aisha04Q: I can't sign up/ login/ or raise a help ticket. Nothing works
I've just purchased your product on AppSumo and went to redeem it, but I can't log in or sign up to your platform. Ive tried multiple browsers and two different emails. How do I redeem my code and use pingenerator if I cant even sign up or login ? I've also tried to submit a ticket on Pingenerator, but it won't go through. please assist

Mar 15, 2026A: Hi there! All systems seem to be running normally. Could you just try clearing your cache and re-loading the page? That might help, or try loading the page in an incognito tab?

Hi Ollie, Thanks for coming back to me. I have cleared my cache and reloaded the page. I've also loaded your site on both Safari and Chrome and in an incognito tab, but it's not even recognising my login details or sign-up details. I've done a password reset multiple times and reset the password too. I just want to get on with scheduling my pins asap. Is there someone who can help?
