Good Tool But Definitely Not a Tailwind Alternative
This tool is good. Several people have dubbed it a "Tailwind alternative," but it just isn't there yet. That's because it lacks an intuitive workflow from the perspective of a serious Pinner. I get the feeling that many of the design features are to jump on the AI-bandwagon.
* There are lots of little, weird bugs. For instance, the number of selected templates seems to permanently be stuck on 3 "ghost" templates.
* That wouldn't be so bad, except those 3 ghost templates are ugly. And when I say ugly, I mean really ugly. One says "beauty" on the side, and another says "shop" ... neither of which is applicable to me.
* There is no option to choose ONE random template per ONE random board. I can either schedule all of the exact same pin to all my boards, or I can schedule all of the pins to all of my boards. This is ... useless.
* The solution to that is to Auto schedule. The issue with Auto schedule is that it chooses a random template ... and I have those annoying 3 ghost templates.
* Anyone at all can save his or her design for others to choose. So now we have like 500 different versions of the exact same template, cluttering everything up.
* Please add more elements. Circles would be great.
* Likewise, give us more colors to choose from. Or let us create our own swatches.
All that being said, I am willing to wait, give suggestions, and even make tons of templates for it to get to the point of being totally awesome.

Those "ghost templates" sounds super weird. In the template picker, there is a tab in the left hand column that says "Selected templates". There you should see all your templates selections. Please have a look there to see if these "ghost templates" are there?
If not, please send me through the email you signed up with and a screenshot of this to info@pingenerator.com. I will fix it asap. This obviously is not meant to happen and you are the first to report it too.
The AutoPins can post one random template to one random board. Once I sort out this "ghost template" issue for you then this solution will work.
User's can share their templates and I moderate the shared templates to prevent duplicates. Of course you don't need to use any of the shared templates that you don't like. The purpose of this is to get a great library of shared templates so that everyone have more template options to choose from. Of course this comes with the pitfalls of community sharing but the moderation helps curb these issues.
You can use circles, try adding a svg shape. The circles are in there.
I'm glad you figured out the color swatches. I need to find a way to make this more intuitive as a few people have stumbled in understanding the color pickers.
Always love feedback and suggestions and I am always improving the tool so please send me any and all the ideas that you may have and I'll do my best to implement them.
