Q: I also have login problem as others mentioned here.
I sent an email to the support quite some time ago and still did not get a response. How do I get this fixed?

So I just tried erasing and re-installing the app(read here in the comments by others) and it worked on the second run.

I am glad it is now working fine for you. Just in case this reoccurs, sometimes this is a refresh issue. Make sure you are logged in to your account. To refresh premium, open your profile, edit your name and save, then close the app and open it again. The app should show that you are on a premium plan.
