I think you will find you need to use 001 from outside the USA\u000ahence 001 408 721 6345

The US number works for me, and I got a voicemail after some rings (called on a Sunday).

Not sure what your problem is, since calling from each country requires different calling prefix.

Are you able to call other US numbers?

@info6471 apologies for the confusion here, we\u0027re actually in the process of updating our phone provider (ironically because it wasn\u0027t able to accomodate the influx of calls we were receiving from the AppSumo campaign) so there\u0027s been a disruption in service at the number provided.
