Rodrigo.LTDQ: Hi, I purchase tier 3 to test and see if will keep with your software.
First impression is very nice and easy to use, but I have some questions:
1 - There's any support via chat or e-mail avilable?
2 - I'm from Brazil almost all voices that I tested are speaking fast, how can we slow down a bit the narration?
3 - Any new avatar will be added anytime soon? any ETA for this?
4 - The play script button is playing the voice twice almost everytime
5 - How to add pause in script?
6 - Which resolution max can we export the videos? 4k will be available anytime soon?

1.) Email only atm([email protected]), live chat on the web app is still a work in progress.
2.) Unfortantly the speak controls are still being worked on but it should be launching soon. @Michael_Pipio would have to give an estimate here but I can see it is being worked on via the roadmap. https://mypipio.com/pipio-roadmap/
3.) They seem to be actively adding new avatars already so head over to https://mypipio.com/pipio-roadmap/ to make your requests for avatars you would prefer.
4.) Odd, email support about this. This isn't happening on my account.
5.) Same as #2 answer, I believe all of the controls will be launching with the same update.
6.) 4k is planned but not being worked on just yet(According to the roadmap). I also don't know for sure if Appsumo LTD supporters are grandfathered into this upgrade either.
