May 15, 2024A: Hi @VideoCreator I can confirm @Nigel_Aslett and @JakeVan are correct here. The credits awarded to each tier (15 in this case) are renewed monthly from the date of your purchase. There is also the option of purchasing additional credits as an add-on, and these will roll over from month-to-month until they're used. Users will typically purchase these additional credits if they happen to go over their monthly credit limit for the month and need some credits to hold them over until they're renewed.

If you purchase tier 1 then you will get 15 mins of video per month for lifetime of the product. It does not roll over to the next month.. UNLESS you buy addon mins which I believe will roll over - the beauty of this product is that you can convert TTS as often as you like, you even get to see a LOW res but watermarked version of your video - without using any of your credit mins. (these are only reduced when you actually render the video,
