A: @Jayesh12345 we currently have a limit of 1,000 characters per clip and 5 clips per project. In general, you can think of 1,000 characters equating to about a minute of video. So, generally there's a maximum video length of 5 minutes per project.

This is something that we know is limiting and we'll be looking to increase this as we scale our video processing infrastructure after the campaign.

For a little more context regarding the 1000 character limit, we've partnered with a number of text-to-speech services that supply many of the voices featured on our platform. Some of them limit the characters per request to 1,000. This is not a limit that we set on our end so we're kind of at the mercy of the TTS services in this case. However, we are working with them to see how we can get these limits increased and should be able to accomplish this in the near future.

There's also some technical trickery we can pull in order to bypass these limits, but we'd prefer to go the diplomatic route first.

I anticipate this limit being increased sooner rather than later though so we appreciate the patience as we work with these companies to make this happen.

If you upload your own audio/voice files, there is a 2-min limit per clip.
