At present, in order to just export a voice project, you can remove the avatar from the video by deleting the canvas object and then exporting your video. That'll give the MP4 output with just the text-to-speech audio, and as a workaround I'll just use a separate editor (or ffmpeg) to convert to and MP3, for example, if needed.
