Q: Questions specifically for Mike Bittner (Creator).
We just invested and have a question about the Well Said Labs voices.
Can you confirm what the deal is with this LTD in relation to the use of the LTD voices.
Question #1: Are those Well Said Labs premium voices included with our purchase or do we have to buy them separately in order to use them in our projects?
Question #2: Assuming you have included them in your product, are there any potential legal or usage issues users could face from Well Said Labs who are obviously the owners of those specific voices?
Question #3: Why are we getting the error message when attempting to either support / upvote a request on the roadmpap OR submit a new one?
The error message is the same, irrespective of the email address we try to use and states:
"Email is already in use. Click here to login and add your idea" AND "You'll need to accept our Privacy Policy and Terms to post a comment"
That's two separate error messages.
We have never logged into this roadmap or support system before, and even if we had we would have used a commonly used email which would work.
Thoughts and suggestions?

1. The WellSaid voices are included as part of your LTD and you do not have to purchase them separately.
2. To clarify, we, as the resellers of any third party text-to-speech service, including WellSaid, are charged with the enforcement of their content policies. There are no legal obligations that exist between you, the Pipio user, and WellSaid, or any third party we utilize. That being said, when you sign up for an account, you agree to our Terms of Service (https://www.mypipio.com/terms.html), which outline what constitutes acceptable usage of the platform and any violation of these terms would be subject to review by Pipio, but not by any other third party.
3. We're currently looking into why this is occurring. For reference, we're utilizing a tool called Feedbear (https://www.feedbear.com) for this is service, and we've had to reach out to their support team to figure out what's going on. We'll keep you posted on what they come back with though. If you'd like to submit a roadmap item for consideration in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to support @mypipio.com and we'll make sure it gets added to the public roadmap for visibility.

Thanks for getting back with the confirmation.
It's what we thought and so it's comforting to know where things stand.
Hope you'll take time to respond to the outstanding questions posed about Pipio because we are already invested even thought we currently have a subscription to Synthesia which we have put on hold as we evaluate your product.
We're pretty sure we can go to the higher tier however, it wouldn't be practical to do so with other questions we have that others have asked, still outstanding.
Good product from what we've seen so far and it's the other items of functionality that can make this a true Synthesia rival!
