Such an impressive software.

Many of the low taco reviews are completely unnecessary and not deserved when you consider the work that's been put into this and the generous offering they've given us.

A little patience and understanding is all you need.

Imagine having a business that grows so fast due to a campaign and all people want to do is bring you down and not give you a chance to rectify or even resolve through support.

I think the founder did all he could, but sometimes things don't go perfectly, and this is normal.

Please don't tell me that when you started your business everything went perfectly to plan with your first customers.

If they wrote you a bad review for a simple, honest mistake how would you feel and how would it affect your business long-term?

Think about it...

What's important is how it gets resolved, and it is resolved.

They just needed a little time, that's all.

Anyway, rant over 🙄

My only concern is that I hope they don't leave their LTD users in the dust or go back on their many promises when they grow like many other founders have done here.

An easy 5-taco purchase at the top tier assuming they stick to their roadmap & word. 🙂
