Q: Can I export my prompts for backup before switching plans to avoid losing them?
I understand that the plan limits requests to 5,000 per month, and I’m wondering if the BYOK option is also limited to 5,000 requests. I really like PISMO and would like to downgrade to the Tier 1 plan to use BYOK. While your AI model is sometimes good, it occasionally struggles to recognize numbers or to search YouTube effectively to provide related videos.
Could you please let me know which AI model would support prompt-based searches on YouTube that return relevant videos and accurately recognize numbers for calculations?
Also, are you considering adding GPT-5 or other GPT-5-based AI models in the future?
I want to buy another Tier 1 plan with the same email and request a refund for the Tier 2 plan. Can I export my prompts for backup before switching plans to avoid losing them?

Sep 11, 2025A: Hi! Thanks for reaching out! Let me clarify a few things:
1) BYOK usage - it’s not limited, you can use it with any active license, regardless of the plan tier.
2) AI model for YouTube searches & number recognition - unfortunately, we’re not aware of any model that reliably does this today.
3) Downgrading your plan - if you downgrade via AppSumo, everything works automatically. Your account remains the same, no need to re-register or log in again. So, no worries - you don’t need to export your prompts; they’ll stay safe when you switch plans.
4) As for future models, including GPT-5 - we are always looking into new LLM options, and we regularly update Pismo to accomodate new AI tech. We have recently updated to GPT 4.1-mini, and once it becomes feasable we are sure to continue onward to newer models.
